Job Description

Location: Missoula, MT

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing vertical construction projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members, as well as develop and implement solutions to project challenges if/when necessary.

Qualifications and Required Skills

  • 5-15 years experience in Construction Project Management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong construction acumen in project planning and management.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Assist in work procurement – both negotiated and hard bid.
  • Provide Pre-Construction Services.
  • Estimating, Value Engineering.
  • Develop phasing plans.
  • CPM Scheduling.
  • Writing prime contracts and subcontracts.
  • Manage project costs.
  • Manage project deliverables to Project Owner and Design Team.
  • Lead project meetings.
  • Price Change Orders, as needed.
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.
  • Lead project team members (Superintendents, Assistant PM’s, Project Engineers) to desired outcomes.
