At Langlas & Associates safety is about people, not projects. We value having a culture where safety is taken seriously and personally. Each employee, from craft workers to project superintendents, have the personal responsibility to conduct work in a safe manner and enforce all elements of the Langlas Safety and Health Program.

Langlas & Associates has many programs in place such as Internal Safety Observation Reports, Near Miss Reporting Program, weekly toolbox talks and daily Job Hazard Analysis. We train our employees on fall protection, hazard recognition and how to use tools and equipment properly. In doing so we create a safe workplace for everyone involved.
