Despite a deluge of rain that nearly made access to the ground breaking ceremony at the Malta Readiness Center a bit of a challenge, things went on schedule and about 30 people gathered on the south side of the “new armory” to kick off a new and exciting project. This new venture is a $14.6 million dollar investment in our safety, community and country.
