Since 1994 Langlas has had a continuous construction presence in the mountain community at Red Lodge and its surrounding area. Over eighty custom homes and a few commercial projects have been built over the years.
Over the thirty-seven years that Langlas has been building houses, this 12,000 square foot residence on the Stillwater River and designed by Locati Architects of Bozeman, is possibly the finest home that we have built. The craftsmanship, details, and design are truly the very best that can be conceived in home construction.
Besides the many one of a kind custom homes that Langlas has built in the Red Lodge area, the company has developed four housing projects consisting of a total of sixty-eight Red Lodge homes. Because of the strength of the Home Owners’ Associations and the reputation of a Langlas built home, resales of these homes have held their value in the current recession.
Bridge Creek has become Red Lodges number one restaurant. The project consisted of a two story brick building, built on a zero lot line, and situated on Broadway in historic downtown Red Lodge.
