Langlas & Associates has been building in Bozeman since 1993 and opened an office in Bozeman in 2001. The Bozeman office has managed over $100,000,000 in construction projects. Langlas & Associates is truly a general contractor having constructed schools, medical offices, retail developments, business offices, restaurants, churches, condominiums, custom houses, industrial buildings and warehouses.
Since 1998 all work at Bozeman’s only indoor mall has been constructed by Langlas & Associates. The work has consisted of new entries, renovations of all the common areas, tenant finishes and major building additions. (Wallace Theater and Barnes and Noble)
Langlas took an old freight warehouse in 2000 and turned it into a historically designed, award winning project that has become Bozeman’s busiest and best know restaurant.
In 2001 Langlas constructed the 40,000 square foot historically designed office building on East Main Street in downtown Bozeman. This was the first major infill project that was the beginning of the East Main Street renewal.
