Langlas & Associates opened its Billings, Montana office in 1982 as a general contractor working throughout the state and the region. From institutional to retail, office, restaurant, industrial, condominiums, and custom residential projects, Langlas excels in the whole gamut of construction disciplines.
This project has been mentioned as one of the best surgery centers in the United States. The building consists of a facility with eight operating rooms, constructed over a 30,000 square foot underground parking garage.
After years of planning and a successful bond issue, the City of Billings was able to initiate its dream of building a baseball facility for its minor league Billings Mustangs. Langlas & Associates constructed the ball field, concrete stadium, five buildings, and ten acres of site development in less than one year.
Langlas & Associates was chosen by the City of Billings to design and construct the GE Corporate Center as an economic development project for the City. The result was a modern data center of 60,000 square foot that GE moved into in 2009.
