Langlas & Associates has been building custom homes for thirty-seven years. In the past we have built lake houses, fishing lodges, river estates, and mountain homes all across Montana. In 2004, Langlas brought this experience to the Big Sky Area and have been continuously engaged in the building of a variety of projects for different owners and architects.
Construction started on a 12,000 SF home in June 2009 and completion is scheduled for October 2010. This is a unique project in that it is located on a hillside with a ninety foot elevation change from the lowest level to the top of the roof structure.
This Big Sky project will consist of twenty seven high end condominiums when complete. Currently nine units are completed, along with the complete site infrastructure for the project.
This was a fast track site project that was completed for the Boyne Corporation and their Big Sky Resort. The work had to be completed in a very tight time frame and before the commencement of the ski season. The project consisted of several retaining walls, concrete pavers, steel railings, asphalt paving and landscaping.
