Firm Background Langlas & Associates, Inc. was founded in Waterloo, Iowa in 1973. In 1982 we moved our operations to Billings, Montana where we have continued to operate for the past 25 years. We opened a fully staffed office in Bozeman in 1998. From these two locations, we have successfully performed work throughout the state, and have grown to an annual volume of $55,000,000. Langlas & Associates employs approximately 110 highly motivated individuals who receive satisfaction in a job well done. A majority of our field engineers, superintendents, and project managers are college educated, with degrees in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or other engineering disciplines. Honesty, integrity, pride in our work, and putting the needs of our project owners first are the core values on which we have built our business. As a result of these principles and our reputation of putting them into action, approximately 80% of our work is secured on a negotiated basis for repeat customers and referrals. Our vast experience with negotiated GCCM work gives us a noted advantage against our competitors. As members of the US Green Building Council with a full-time LEED Accredited Professional as part of our management staff, our firm takes a pro-active approach to sustainable building practices. We currently have two significant LEED projects seeking both “certified” and “platinum” levels which will be complete in November of this year. |
